East Munster Youths Season Update

The East Munster U-16 and U-18 leagues came to a conclusion last month with Waterpark emerging victorious in both competitions against Waterford opposition.

At U-18 level, Waterpark retained the title following a 41-13 victory against Dungarvan which was played in Carrick on Suir. Both sides will be joined by Clonmel and Cashel in the Pan Munster competition.

At U-16 level, Waterpark defeated their city rivals Waterford City 14-0 in the final. Fethard and Thurles will join these sides in the Pan Munster competition.

All remaining sides in East Munster will now take part in a development league before all clubs take part in cup and plate competitions at the end of the season.

At U-14 level, Nenagh and Waterpark have qualified for the league final.

Both sides finished the group stage top of their respective sections with Nenagh reaching the final following victories over Dungarvan and Galbally in the knock out stages while Waterpark defeated Cashel and Kilfeacle.
