Faculty Workshop At Shannon RFC

Munster Rugby recently held a faculty workshop at Shannon RFC with 23 stage 1 to stage 4 coaches in attendance.
The objective of the ‘Rugby Faculty’ initiative is to provide a template for rugby clubs and schools to assist with their coaching development which includes the implementation of an effective, long term technical system throughout all facets of age grade rugby.
