First Games For South Cork Ladies

The U-15 and U-18 girls from Midleton, Highfield, Carrigaline and Cobh combined to form the South Cork ladies teams and played their first league games in Midleton against Bantry last weekend.
As a first outing for both teams they lost to more seasoned Bantry sides, but that aside the event marked a historic day for the clubs as we see ladies rugby returning to the fields of play.
