Fitzgerald And McNulty In Ireland Squad

The Ireland Under-20 Squad, sponsored by PwC, has been confirmed for the World Rugby Under-20 Championship with Stephen Fitzgerald and Sean McNulty both included.

The tournament, taking place in Parma, Italy starts next Tuesday and runs until June 22.

Ireland share pool C with Argentina, Scotland and New Zealand and open their tournament against Argentina on Tuesday in Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi, Parma.

Greencore Munster Academy full-back/winger Fitzgerald enjoyed an impressive 6 Nations campaign and hooker McNulty, now playing with UCD, comes back into the squad after featuring in Ireland's U-20 Six Nations campaign in 2014.

Speaking in advance of the Championship, Feargal O'Rourke, PwC Incoming Senior Partner, said: "After an excellent semi-final performance in New Zealand last year, we're looking forward to the performance of this year's squad and hope we can go one step further."

TG4 will be broadcast Ireland's matches live from the World Rugby Under-20 Championship.
