Friday Night Date For ODM Cup Final

THis season’s ODM Munster Senior Cup Final will be played Friday November 23rd at the Mardyke with a 7.30 kick off.
This will be the first final at the venue in almost fifty years with the last final being played there back in 1953 between Sunday's Well and Garryowen, which the 'Well won 6-3.
This years decider will be contested between Cork Constitution and U.L. Bohemian.
Cork Constitution will be going for their 24th title, while U.L. Bohemian will be looking for their fifth successin this competition.
Cork Constitution last won the trophy in 2009, while U.L. Bohemian's last success was in 1962.
The last time these sides met was back in 1933 when they played a 0-0 draw at the Mardyke and the replay at the Markets Field finished level again 0-0. The second replay was played at the Mardyke which Constitution won 11-0.
This season the final will be decided on the night with extra time to be played and if still level tries etc will decide the outcome.
