Garryowen FC to Host IRFU Spring Tag League

The 2011 IRFU Tag Rugby season kicks off with a brand new 6 week Spring League scheduled to begin on April 12th at Garryowen FC.

This will be a great way for new teams to introduce themselves to the game and also for existing teams to warm up for the regular summer leagues.

Once again Garryowen FC’s excellent facilities at Dooradoyle will be the host venue for the IRFU Tag Rugby programme in the Limerick area.

Excellent playing surfaces, including a state of the art 3G pitch, full bar, changing facilities and ample car parking ensure a great location for this highly enjoyable and social game.

Tag Rugby is a non contact sport allowing male and female players to participate together in teams of seven. Thousands of people play the game every summer at 18 venues across the country.

Information on the game, including how to register your team, can be found on the website www.irfutag.ie
