Garryowen Lions Open Day

Garryowen Lions, a team for individuals with intellectual disabilities, recently held an open day for anyone who might be interested in joining the side.

The open day, which was run in conjunction with Munster Rugby, was based around the idea of giving prospective new players the opportunity to sample the type of activities on offer at Garryowen Lions training sessions and games.

The weather was stunning and helped make the event, which attracted 30 potential new players, a huge success.
