Garryowen & Old Crescent Host AS Rugby Milano

Italian Under 10 and Under 11 sides from AS Rugby Milano recently travelled to Limerick to play against their Garryowen and Old Crescent counterparts.

The Rugby Blitz was hosted on the 4G pitch at University of Limerick in sunny weather conditions.

38 young players and 18 adults from the Milan club were on tour with Trevor Brennan Tours and were delighted with the opportunity to take on the two Limerick clubs.

Each team played two matches and later that evening met ex Munster and Ireland prop Peter Clohessy who welcomed them all to Ireland and congratulated them on a great day of rugby.
