Girls Blitz Day At Fermoy RFC

Munster Rugby recently hosted a girls rugby blitz day in Fermoy RFC with over 120 participants ranging from under 14 to under 18 age grade.

The girls took part in a number of games and the dry conditions allowed for good running rugby with plenty of skills on display.

Girls Rugby in the province will now focus on the Munster U18 Club side that will play two games over the coming month against a Connacht and Leinster team selection.

Post Christmas there will be a series of girls sevens rugby within the province and girls from all ages are welcome to attend.
