Great Start For Munster Juniors

The Munster Junior side started their interprovincial campaign with an impressive performance away to Leinster at Portlaoise.
This John O’Neill coached side produced an outstanding second half performance to defeat their Leinster counterparts 43-20.
They scored six tries with Dean O’Brien getting two, Sean Herlihy, Warren Kelly, Dan Horgan and Nicky Irwin one each. John Lillis converted five of the tries and also added a drop goal.
They now face defending champions Ulster in Clonakilty next Saturday. Ulster began their campaign with a 33-20 win over Connacht.
