In Pics: Player Visits To Summer Camps

The Munster Rugby Summer Camps sponsored by Centra got off to week six today in Castleisland, Ballincollig and Bruff rugby clubs.

Boys and girls aged between six and thirteen have been enjoying the Summer Camps since early July which have been hosted in many venues throughout the province.

In particular the children have eagerly welcomed the visits from professional players who have joined in and participated in the fun activities while also taking time to sign autographs.

Last week saw Munster players Lifeimi Mafi and Tom Gleeson attend the Muskerry camp while forwards Tommy O’Donnell and Paddy Butler attended Thurles rugby club.

The Tralee Summer Camp participants had an extra bonus last Friday as the Munster squad training session took place on the club grounds. The children were delighted with the opportunity to meet their heros post training who took time to chat and pose for photographs.

Munster Rugby’s Summer Camps will continue through to the end of August in Limerick, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford.
