Interpro Trio Face Ulster Challenge

All three Munster Interprovincial sides will be in action this weekend which sees the U18 Schools and Under 19s away to Ulster this Saturday.

On Sunday the Munster U18 Clubs, sponsored by Bank of Irelnd, will also face their northern counterparts at Thomond Park Stadium and are sure to use the home fixture to their full advantage.

The Munster U18 Schools, sponsored by Trend Micro, suffered defeat to Leinster last weekend and will complete their Interprovincial Series against a strong Ulster side in Belfast.

Munster came away with narrow 10-9 win at Thomond Park when the sides’ previously met and will no doubt face a strong challenge this time round on their opponent’s home turf.

Following their impressive 43-8 win over Connacht last weekend in Galway, the Munster U19s, sponsored by Bank of Ireland, will conclude their Series on Saturday in Ulster.

The side, who suffered a narrow 13-12 loss to Leinster in their opening fixture, will be hoping to end the series on a high, in what has been a very positive campaign overall.

On Sunday the Munster U18 clubs will continue to defend their Interprovincial title at home to Ulster in Thomond Park Stadium.

After a positive start to their series last Saturday claiming a 22-7 win over Connacht at Cork IT, the side will hope to remain on course to retain their title.

Munster U18 Clubs will conclude the 2017 Interprovincial Series next weekend in Donnybrook taking on Leinster in their final fixture.
