IRFU Certified Conditioning Coach Course

The IRFU is now taking bookings for the Certified Conditioning Coach (CCC) Course.

The course is intended to help you gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare the players in your charge in a safe and enjoyable manner for the game of rugby.

The Certified Conditioning Coach Course is a practical hands-on course where you will see and practice the many drills and exercises that are appropriate for conditioning rugby players at all levels.

There are two options to complete this course in 2014. The first is in Dublin City University (DCU), Dublin. The second is at the Limerick Institute of Technology, Limerick from 14th to 18th July 2014.

Places on the course are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
