John O’Sullivan Appointed Munster Women’s Head Coach

Munster Rugby are delighted to announce the recent appointment of John O’Sullivan as the new Munster Senior Women’s Head Coach.

John, originally from Cobh, Co. Cork succeeds Fiona Steed who coached the Munster Women to winning their fourth consecutive Interprovintial series in season 09/10.

A former Munster Junior player, O'Sullivan was captain of Cobh Pirates for seven seasons before going on to coach the club and more recently, All Ireland League side Dolphin RFC.

John also coached the Irish National Women’s team in season 06/07 and the Munster Youths in season 07/08.

Munster Rugby would like to wish John and the Munster Women’s squad every success in the coming season.
