Kanturk & Clonakilty Compete For County Cup

Kanturk will defend their Cork County Cup title today, 29th April against Clonakilty in Musgrave Park (kick-off 7pm).

The recently promoted J1 Division 1 league winners overcame Old Christians last Wednesday to put them in the final with the chance to bid for a two in a row.

Clonakilty defeated Muskerry to book their place and will look forward to challenging for silverware having finished up mid-table in the league.

Should the West Cork outfit succeed tonight they will hope to add to their silverware this season when they travel to Clanwilliam Park on Sunday, 4th May to face Clanwilliam in the semi final of the Munster Junior Cup.
