Kinsale RFC Host Development Workshop

The Munster Rugby Development Department recently held a player and coach development workshop for the West Cork area, hosted by Kinsale RFC.
The workshop was aimed at developing catch / pass and continuity cornerstones, with players and coaches encouraged to develop their understanding associated with each skill.
U14 & U15 players and coaches from Bantry Bay, Skibbereen and Kinsale RFC participated in the workshop, which was facilitated by club coaches in conjunction with Munster Rugby Development Officer, Eugene McCarthy, and Club and Community Rugby Officers, Damien Hicks and Willie Shubart.
The next workshop in the West Cork area will be hosted by Skibbereen RFC, where the rugby cornerstone of defence will be the focus.
