Kinsale RFC Host Primary School Blitz

Kinsale RFC recently hosted a primary school blitz with 120 boys and girls developing their touch rugby skills before schools finish for the summer break.

The children developed their running, evasion and passing skills with Community Rugby Officer, Eugene McCarthy, and the Munster Development Department on the day.

The event was one of many school blitzes held throughout the season and across the province.

Kinsale RFC are hosting a number of events over the summer months with a Give It A Try session taking place this Saturday, June 2, as part of the IRFU’s participation initiative for girls aged 10-14.

The club will also welcome boys and girls for the Bank of Ireland Munster Rugby Summer Camps from Monday 30 July – Friday 3 August.
