Last Chance To Book Skills Development Camp

A skills development camp for 14 and 15 year olds is taking place in Colaiste Stiofain Naofa, Cork next week.

The camp runs from Tuesday, 21st August to Friday 24th August and will provide a mixture of all aspects of rugby development including:-

• Introduction to fitness and conditioning
• Skill development
• Principles of general movement
• Nutrition and hydration

Next week also sees the final week of the 2012 Munster Summer Camp programme, sponsored by Centra for 6 to 13 year olds.
