Check out our interview with Irish international Nora Stapleton as she visited last month’s Munster Rugby laya healthcare schools 10-a-side blitz.

IRFU Women's and Girls' Rugby Development Executive Stapleton was in attendance with the women's 6 Nations trophy. This year's competition featured a girls' tournament for the first time with five school teams experiencing this fun and explosive game of rugby.

"It’s fantastic to see," said Stapleton at the blitz. "It’s the first time that we’ve had girls’ teams in the girls competition.

"It’s great to see the numbers are increasing, the standard has really increased as the years have gone by and I think 10s rugby could be the new game for secondary schools around the country. Over the next few years we want to see more and more schools coming out to events like this."
