Limerick To Host IRFU Certified Conditioning Coaching Course

Book online now for the IRFU Certified Conditioning Coach courses with one taking place in July at the Limerick Institute of Technology.
There will be a week long course at the Limerick venue with world class presenters sharing their expertise.
Early bird booking offer: 15% discount for 3 or 4 coaches from one school or club and up to 30% off for 5 or more.
The course is intended to help you gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare the players in your charge in a safe and enjoyable manner.
The course is intended to be a practical, hands-on course where you will see and practice the many drills and exercises that are appropriate for conditioning rugby players at all levels.
Topics covered include: Principles, Demands, Needs, Warm Ups, Prehab, Functional assessment, Integrated Conditioning, Planning & Periodisation, Testing, Nutrition, Strength, Speed, LTPD, Fundamental Movement Skills.

Course requirements:
In order to take part in the course coaches must be working with a rugby school, club or group of rugby players.
Fee for Course:
The fee for the course is €;450 per applicant. A cheque for full payment must be sent to the IRFU along with the registration form.
