Mardyke To Host SAFE Course

Munster Rugby and the IRFU will host a SAFE-Rugby Level 2 course in the Mardyke Arena, Cork on Saturday, January 18th, 2014.

This one day rugby specific, emergency pitch side care course is designed for medical practitioners, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals involved in club and school rugby.

The course is practically based and course modules include BLS and AED training, head/neck injuries, concussion, fracture management and match day preparation.

There are also pre-course online modules to be completed and the course is recognised for 12 CPD points.

This is the first time that a SAFE Rugby Level 2 course has been held in Cork following on from the successful initial Munster course earlier this year in Limerick.

Booking is now open here.
