Mental Health Week At High School Clonmel

The High School CBS Clonmel recently held a Positive Mental Health Week for students.
A number of guest speakers were invited to impart their own knowledge on mental health issues who included former Munster and Ireland player Alan Quinlan.
Quinlan spoke about the importance of positivity and resilience in facing the challenges that life presents. His speech was very well received by an attentive audience and High School Principal Ms. Karen Steenson thanked him for making such a valuable contribution to the school's Positive Mental Health Week.
CBS Clonmel would like to thank other speakers over the duration of the week who included Tipperary hurling star Brendan Cummins and Kilkenny's Henry Sheflin.
