Midleton Hosts Girls Underage Training Day

Midleton RFC hosted the latest south Cork training day for the U-15 and U-18 girls from Cobh Pirates, Midleton, Carrigaline and Highfield last week.
The girls were put through their paces by Munster Rugby Women’s Development Officer Amanda Greensmith and Munster and Irish International Laura Guest.![""]("//db0847ijr709w.cloudfront.net/munster/Midleton_GirlsTrainingDay_Lineout_Content.gif")
Laura focused on elements of the scrum (below) and line-out (right) while Amanda worked with the backs on decision making and backline attack.
The event follows on from the recent successful training days in Cobh and Highfield with further sessions planned for the coming months.
