Mini Coaching Course At UL Proves Successful

Munster Rugby held a Mini Rugby Coaching Course last week-end at the University of Limerick with 32 coaches in attendance.

Indoor and outdoor modules delivered over the two day course focused on the Introduction of Stage I rugby incorporating the management of sessions and the importance of physical literacy coaching for the Stage I player.

Participants also completed a refereeing module specifically designed for mini rugby which qualifies them to officiate matches at mini level.

The course proved to be highly successful with positive feedback received from attending coaches.
