Mini Refresh Workshop at Clonakilty RFC

A mini refresh workshop was hosted yesterday evening by Munster Rugby’s Keith Murphy, Finny O’Regan and Amanda Greensmith at Clonakilty RFC for West Cork Mini Coaches.

The purpose of the workshop was to refresh coaches on mini rugby theory and session planning modules where participants were provided with sample sessions including fun games for young players.

Physical literacy and skill development were also the core areas of the presentation with an on-pitch practical element also included.

Munster Rugby would like to thank all participants and look forward to running similar workshops in the coming future.
