Mini Rugby At New Club Tramore RFC

The newly formed Tramore RFC recently hosted their inaugural mini rugby training session with over 75 boys and girls taking part at the Holy Cross National School.
Founded at the end of last year the Tramore Youth Rugby Club aims to provide rugby to the young boys and girls of the Tramore community which currently holds a population of 11,000 approx.
Over the past season the newly formed Tramore committee have made huge efforts in recruiting players by promoting the game within local primary and secondary schools.
Tramore Secondary Schools, with the help of Tramore RFC also made history by playing their first 15 aside rugby match against Waterpark College before Christmas and look forward to many competitive fixtures ahead.
