Mini Rugby Workshop At Galbally RFC

Munster Rugby recently ran a Mini Rugby Workshop at Galbally RFC for the club’s Stage 1 coaches.

Galbally's Under 9 players participated in the practical module of the workshop with 9 mini rugby coaches in attendance.

The Workshop focused on the two general movement groups for mini rugby – players on the ball and players in the space.

Sample fun games were shown to coaches illustrating the skills relating to these two groups that may break down in the game. An introduction to physical literacy was also delivered highlighting the importance of including this in a session.
