Age-grade cup action continued last weekend with games taking place in both the boys and girls U14, U16 and U18 competitions.
In the Munster Boys U18 Cup Old Christians overcame Clonakilty 16-14 to see themselves into the final while Bandon put up a score line of 21-31 to book their final place.
Clonakilty and Waterpark will contest the Munster Boys U16 Cup Final as Clonakilty beat Kinsale 10-5 and Waterpark defeated Old Christians 24-34.
In the Munster Boys U14 Cup Bruff overcame Clonakilty 26-7 to book their final spot. While Waterford City were victorious over Garryowen with a score line of 21-12.
There was just one quarter-final played out in the Munster Girls U18.5 Cup last weekend as Clonakilty overcame Shannon 37-14. They will now take on Ennis in the semi-finals.
The Munster Girls U16 Cup semi-finals will kick off this weekend as Dunmanway Bantry-Bay meet Richmond-Scarriff and Ennis takes on Clonakilty.
Dunmany-Bantry Bay defeated Shannon to book their spot in the semi-finals. While Richmond-Scarriff overcame Ballina-Killaloe 0-30.
Ennis beat Cobh-Kinsale 5-26 to advance into their semi where they’ll meet West Cork outfit Clonakilty who won their quarter-final against Bruff with a score line of 7-36.
In the Munster Girls U14 Cup quarter-finals Cobh Pirates overcame Kinsale-Muskerry 31-42 go book their semi-final spot.
Clonakilty held Shannon scoreless with a score line of 0-30 in Coonagh.
Fethard and District were victorious over Garryowen-Richmond 21-7 while Ennis clinched the win over Dunmanway-Bantry Bay 7-26.
The semi-finals will now consist of Clonakilty taking on Cobh Pirates and Fethard and District facing off with Ennis.
