Munster Association Of Referees Welcomes 19 New Members

19 new referees in Munster will soon take to the pitch for the first time after recently completing their courses which took place throughout the province.

Throughout the month of November, four new referee courses took place at different locations throughout Munster; Dungarvan RFC, Tralee RFC, Cork Constitution FC and the University of Limerick.

These four courses were part of the initial stage of the programme. The new referees subsequently attended a Stage 2 session which took place at Munster Rugby’s High Performance Centre at the University of Limerick.

After their work was done in UL, the Munster Association of Referees’ new members were invited to Thomond Park to attend the URC clash between Munster and Connacht.
