Munster Begin Schools Inter Pro’ Campaign

The Munster Under 18 Schools side get their Inter Provincial campaign under way on this Wednesday (September 5th) at Musgrave Park, kick off 2.30 with a game against Connacht.

Munster who are being coached by Niall McDermott with Colm McMahon (Forwards Coach) and Mark Butler (Backs Coach) this season, have played two warm up games beating London Irish Amateurs 40- 31 and losing to Millfield School 19-5.

Sean McNulty (Rockwell College) is the only survivor from last season’s team but Gearoid Lyons (Crescent Comprehensive), Steve McMahon (Rockwell College) and Greg O’Shea (Crescent Comprehensive) who are selected as replacements were capped by Munster last year.

Munster will play Leinster in Thomond Park on Wednesday 12th September with a 3.00 kick off and complete their campaign with a game against Ulster at Ravenhill on Saturday 22nd September with a 1.30 kick off.
