Munster Cadet & Development Squads Continue Preparations

Munster U18 Clubs Head Coach Noel O’Meara was on hand yesterday at Nenagh Ormond RFC to identify players from the East Munster Development Squad for next season’s interprovincial Munster U18 Clubs side.

The East Munster Cadets and East Munster Development Squad took on the Leinster Midlands in a friendly as part of their ongoing training process.

All North, South, East and West Munster Development sides are coming to an end of a tough eight week summer training programme at their respective training locations.

The four sides will undergo their final set of matches over the next coming weeks where they will play against each other in a round robin series.

All players involved have worked extremely hard on both pitch and gym sessions twice a week and credit goes to all involved for their efforts shown throughout.

The East Munster Development management team would like to pay special thanks go to Nenagh RFC for the use of their facilities yesterday and to Rockwell College throughout the summer.
