Munster Junior Side Take On U.E. Santboiana

A Munster selection of Junior Club players recently travelled to Spain to take on the Catalan rugby club U.E. Santboiana, in their club’s 90th anniversary celebrations.

The game was played in front of a large Catalan crowd in superb conditions at the Santboiana 3000 capacity stadium.

Supporters cheered on the home side that ran out victors 27-10 in a very competitive game.

Munster fielded many young up and coming players in their selection for he first time who will be in contention for the Munster squad in the upcoming Munster Junior interpro series.

The Munster travelling squad would like to thank U.E. Santboiana for their kind hospitality and wish them every success for the future.
