Munster Players Attend Summer Camp
9th July 2010 By Munster Rugby
The annual round of Munster Rugby Summer Camps sponsored by Centra kicked off in Garryowen F.C. this week.
Boys and girls aged between six and thirteen from clubs around Limerick and surrounding areas came to enjoy rugby coaching and have some fun.
The week was structured to provide upskilling on all rugby basics and was enhanced by a visit from professional players, Barry Murphy and Felix Jones who joined in and played some fun games with the children.
This was followed by a question and answer session with the campers on the life of a professional rugby player. Each attendee also received a match ticket for pre-season games in Musgrave Park.
