Munster Players Visit Highfield RFC

The Munster Rugby Summer Camps sponsored by Centra got off to a great success this week in Highfield, Garryowen and Bandon rugby clubs.

Boys and girls aged between six and thirteen from Cork and Limerick have been enjoying a fun week while improving their rugby skills and making lots of new friends.

The children’s excitement was enhanced today by a visit from professional players Donnacha Ryan and Donncha O’Callaghan who took time out from their busy pre season training schedule to attend the Highfield Summer Camp.

The two Munster forwards were delighted to join in and play some fun games with the children followed by a question and answer session focussing on the life of a professional rugby player.

Munster Rugby’s Summer Camps will continue throughout the summer in over 24 venues within the province.
