Munster Players Visit Summer Camps

The Munster Rugby Summer Camps sponsored by Centra took place this week in Fermoy and Kilrush rugby clubs.

Boys and girls aged between six and thirteen have been enjoying a fun week while improving their rugby skills and making lots of new friends.

The children’s excitement was enhanced yesterday at Fermoy RFC thanks to a visit by professional players James "IanDowney and Dave O’Callaghan who took time out from their busy pre season training schedule to join in on activities at the camp.

Kilrush RFC were also delighted to welcome players Dave Foley and Ian Keatley who took part in the fun games with the children followed by a question and answer session focusing on the life of being a professional rugby player.

Munster Rugby’s Summer Camps will continue up to the end of August in venues throughout the province. To book your place on the camps please click here.
