Munster Players Visit Summer Camps

Children at the Bandon, Garryowen and Scariff Summer Camps were thrilled yesterday when a number of Munster players dropped in to visit and join in with their rugby activities.

Duncan Williams, Stephen Archer, Niall Scannell and Billy Holland called to see the participants at Bandon Rugby Club and took the time to sign autographs and answer many questions from the young rugby enthusiasts."Paddy

The boys and girls attending the Scariff Camp were also full of excitement when Duncan Casey, Cathal Sheridan, Luke O’Dea and JJ Hanrahan paid a visit and gave them a few hints and tips on their rugby skills.

Meanwhile Barry O’Mahony, Johne Murphy, Alan Cotter and Paddy Butter took to Garryowen FC to meet the children at the camp and were very impressed with the rugby techniques demonstrated by the young boys and girls.

Munster Rugby Summer Camps will continue throughout the province over the summer months). The cost is €;85 per child. Additional children from the same family can attend for the discounted rate of €;75 per child.

Places are available for next week's Summer Camps which will be held in Fermoy, Highfield and Kilkee from Monday, 8th July. Please note there is again an online booking facility in place this year. All Summer Camp details are available here.

Each participant will receive an Official Summer Camp Pack comprising an Adidas Summer Camp T-Shirt, Adidas Shorts, Adidas Socks, Adidas Draw-String Bag, Mouth Guard, one Junior ticket to a Munster pre-season match and a Summer Camp Attendance Certificate.
