Munster Rugby Excellence Camp

Munster Rugby is running a Rugby Excellence Camp for 13-15 year olds at Musgrave Park, Cork from Wednesday 31st October to Friday 2nd November from 10am to 2pm each day.
Camp attendees will be coached by Munster Academy and Rugby Development Department coaches. The camp will provide a mixture of all aspects of Rugby Development including:
Skill Development
Specialised Positional Coaching
Game Awareness and Appreciation
Strength and Conditioning
Nutrition and Lifestyle Management
