Munster Rugby School Of Excellence Returns For 2020

The Munster Rugby School of Excellence will return for summer 2020 and is set to provide a complete rugby experience for players.

2020 will see the introduction of a School of Excellence for girls at Bandon Grammar School while Rockwell College will once again host a School of Excellence for boys.

Players will experience the life of a professional rugby player and learn the Munster values, such as excellence, integrity and community.

Join us for a residential or non-residential camp;

Rockwell College (Boys 13-16) 

Monday 20th July to Friday 24th July 2020 or Monday 10th August to Friday 14th August 2020

Bandon Grammar School (Girls 13-17) 

Monday 27th July to Wednesday 29th July 2020

Video | Munster Rugby School Of Excellence 2019

Players will develop their rugby skills and understanding through a game sense and technical excellence approach.

The School of Excellence coaching team will include current provincial and national age-grade team coaches.

Players will partake in a structured rugby development programme which will include core skill development, game understanding, position specific workshops, appropriate strength and conditioning training and teamwork.

This will all take place in an enjoyable but challenging environment where players are encouraged to develop their all-round rugby ability. Throughout the week the players will receive top class coaching from Munster Rugby coaches.

Players will also receive education in mental preparation, nutrition and video analysis which are all vital for the up and coming stars of the future.
