Munster Rugby Summer Camps 2010

The ever popular Munster Rugby Summer Camps, sponsored by Centra, are back for summer 2010.

This summer we have a total of 23 venues throughout the whole province (please see below for your nearest venue).

Please note there is an online booking facility in place this year – If you wish to book online for your preferred venue you will be asked to register with Fee Pay to ensure secure payment. Please click here for more details.

Camp places are available for boys and girls from 6 years old to 13 years old.

To facilitate the appropriate attention, participants will be divided by their age in to groups. Central to the Munster Rugby Summer Camps is the introduction to the game of Rugby in a safe and controlled manner. The Camps will be managed and run by fully accredited I.R.F.U. coaches.

Children who participate in the camps will get the chance to make new friends, learn more about rugby values such as team work, commitment and integrity, and also become more aware of the importance of physical fitness. All this while learning to develop the basic rugby skills of passing, tackling (in a controlled environment), evasion and kicking. Most of all we guarantee lots of fun!

Each camp takes place over one week (Monday through to Friday inclusive) between 9:30am and 1:30pm. Fees are the same as last summer, 99 euro per child. The Family discount offer is 99 euro for the first child and 90 euro per sister/brother thereafter.

Remember each participant will receive an Official Summer Camp Pack (Adidas back pack, Summer Camp t-shirt, Adidas shorts, Adidas socks, mouth guard and one school pupil ticket to Munster Pre Season match).
