Munster Rugby Takes Part in Africa Day

Munster Rugby’s Community Rugby Officers’ Ross Callaghan and George Guilfoyle recently attended the Irish Africa Day held on the City Hall grounds, Limerick.

The objective was to introduce rugby to the children present and teach them some of the skills necessary to play the game.

There were plenty of young people in attendance who all enjoyed the fun games and activities.

Munster rugby would like to thank Irish Aid and the Foreign Affairs Department for the opportunity to take part in what was a very enjoyable afternoon.

It is hoped that the children involved will continue with their rugby enthusiasm and go on to play with their local rugby club.
