Munster Schools Junior Cup Final Kicks Off

Crescent College Comprehensive travel to Leeside today to take on PBC at Temple Hill in the SEAT Munster Schools Junior Cup final (kick-off 3pm).

The Dooradoyle side will hope to add to their trophy cabinet this year and claim the unique double, following their senior teams' success in winning the Munster Schools Senior Cup for the second time in a row on St. Patrick's day last in Thomond Park.

Crescent College overcame last year's Junior Cup winners, Castletroy College to book their place in the final. Castletroy are the last school to claim the Senior and Junior Cup double which they achieved in 2008.

PBC bid for their 29th Junior Cup title today which they last claimed in 2009 defeating St. Munchin's College 20-3 in the final at Thomond Park.
