Munster U18 Clubs Selection Process On Course

Munster U18 Clubs Representative Squad recently played two trial matches against Connacht and Leinster. The matches formed part of the selection process that will see a squad of 36 named on Friday 12th April.

The first match saw a Munster team consisting of players from the north and west regional development squads produce a good performance to record a win over Connacht in Ennis by a margin of five tries to two.

The following day a Munster selection from the south and east regional development squads travelled to Roscrea where they fought out a thee tries apiece draw in a very competitive match against Leinster.

Head Coach Noel O’Meara and his management team were pleased with the level of performance over the two matches especially as the teams had only come together on the back of one training session the previous week.
