30th August 2018 By The Editor
The Munster U18 Girls squad has been named ahead of their U18 Interprovincial Series opener against Leinster at Irish Independent Park this Saturday (kick-off 12.30pm).
The U18 Interpro Series kicks-off this weekend alongside the Women’s Interpro Championship as part of a new double-header feature from the IRFU, which sees Munster Women take on Connacht at the Cork venue (kick-off 2.30pm).
The Munster U18 Girls squad have been developing their skills over the summer months at both UL and CIT within the Bank of Ireland Talent Camp programme and in preparation for the defence of their Interpro title.
The squad recorded an unbeaten season last year and will be striving for a similar run of form under the captaincy of Number 8, Rebecca Hayes.
