Munster U18 & U16 Cup & Bowl Finals

The Bank of Ireland Munster U18 and U16 Cup and Bowl finals will take place tomorrow, 17th March, at Thomond Park Stadium.

Waterpark U18s claimed a 21-3 win over Dungarvan last Saturday to book their place in the Munster U18 Clubs final and go head to head with Bruff for the title (KO 4pm).

The Waterford club will set out to secure a double as their U16 side defend their title against West Cork side Bandon RFC just before their U18 counterparts (KO 2.15pm).

Ballincollig booked their place in the U18 Bowl final at the Thomond Park back pitch (KO 12.15pm) when they overcame Listowel 19-13 last weekend. They will meet fellow Cork side Kanturk who claimed a 25-12 victory over Waterford City to earn their place.

Muskerry and Kilfeacle will meet in the U16 Bowl final, also on the Thomond Park back pitch at 11am. Kilfeacle claimed their final spot over the weekend with a 15-10 win over Thomond RFC.

The U18 and U16 Plate will be contested on Sunday, 20th March at Irish Independent Park.

Tralee will meet Old Christians for the U18 title while West Cork sides Kinsale and Clonakilty will compete for the U16 silverware.
