Munster Women Remain Unbeaten

The Munster women’s side recorded their second win of the interprovincial championship this afternoon in Crosshaven RFC when they defeated Leinster 9-6.

With all the scores coming from penalties in the opening half Munster did just enough to win outright on a three point margin, outscoring Leinster three penalties to two.

Clonmel’s Niamh Briggs kicked Munster’s points and Leinster’s Nora Stapleton added the visitors scores.
