The first video in the #MunsterStartsHere series highlights the fantastic behind-the-scenes work from Fermoy RFC volunteer, Sinead Twomey.

Sinead is always the first one at The Showgrounds opening up the clubhouse and the last one to leave after cleaning up on a busy matchday.

The club treasurer has been involved with Fermoy’s mini section over the last 10 years, registering mini players at the start of the season and helping out with administration duties before training sessions.

Sinead can be found organising the supply of tea, coffee and food from the clubhouse kitchen on matchday, while also maintaining committee responsibilities across a number of levels.

Sinead’s sons, Ben and Sam, play for the Cork club’s youth section while husband Brian is a member of the Munster Association of Referees.
