Nenagh Ormond & Young Munster To Contest Plate Final

Nenagh Ormond and Young Munster will contest this season ODM Cyril Fitzgerald Plate final after away victories in Cork.
Holders Nenagh Ormond defeated Sunday’s Well 28-5 at Musgrave Park. Derek Corcoran scored three tries for the defending champions and Jack Donovan got one and all four were converted by Dan Fogarty. Pat Magee replied with a try for the ‘Well.
Young Munster edged out Highfield at Woodleigh Park 27-18. Lucas Kuntz, Kolio Kio and Dan Goggin scored tries for Munsters and Shane O’Brien kicked three conversions and two penalties. Highfield replied with tries from Kevin Foyle and Wayne Falvey with Ian O’Donoghue adding two penalties and a conversion.
