New Handbook For Honorary Secretaries

The Munster Branch launched a new handbook for the Club Honorary Secretary’s at the President’s Suite in Thomond Park last Friday.

The evening was chaired by Ger Malone, the Independent Chairman of the Domestic Rugby Committee, and was attended by representatives of 39 Clubs from across the Province.

Speakers on the night included: Scott Walker – Director of Rugby Development & Club Game IRFU, Ultan O’ Callaghan – Domestic Rugby Manager and Munster Branch Honorary Secretary – Joe Murphy.

The Munster Branch produced the Guide for Club Honorary Secretaries to assist them in the day to day running of the administration of their clubs during the season.

This publication was to introduce Club Secretaries to the Munster Branch Procedures in areas such as player registration, club insurances, objections, appeals and many other administration processes.
