Nine Munster Players Named For Ireland U20s

The Ireland Under-20 squad has been named today for a pre IRB Junior World Championship warm-up game against Scotland on Sunday, 11th May (kick-off 11.30am).

Mike Ruddock has named nine Munster players who include Cork Constitution’s front row Max Abbott and Rory Burke, scrum half Ryan Foley and second row Darragh Moloney.

Diarmuid Dee, Young Munster back-row forward has also been named along with his fellow club player, centre Dan Goggin.

Munster Academy and Garryowen player Alex Wootton has been selected along with UL Bohs players Michael Lynch and Jack O’Donoghue, who also represents the Munster Academy.

IRB Junior World Championship which will take place in New Zealand in June.

Ireland share pool B with France, Fiji and Wales and open their tournament against France on Monday, 2nd June in QBE Stadium, Auckland.
