U11 players and coaches from Old Christians RFC.
Old Christians RFC recently hosted a mini rugby workshop in conjunction with the Munster Rugby Development Department.
The workshop focused on catch / pass and continuity skills as part of an ongoing coach development programme.
Munster Rugby Development Officer, Eugene McCarthy, and Coach & Player Development Officer, Ken O’Connell, facilitated the workshop with U11 players and coaches participating in exercises and drills.
